For the fulfillment of a work that fully satisfies the client and the artist, it is essential that an open and sincere dialogue is established that can last for the whole period of the work. For this Antonio Astuto underlines the importance of the planning phase that foresees, after the phase cognitive:

1 - a technical inspection;

2 - the creation of sketches, related to the work proposal, accompanied by cost estimates;

3 - discussion of the sketches and any confirmations or modifications;

4 - the realization of the draft and the final estimate;

5 - the execution phase on site or on another support, during which the dialogue with the customer will always be open;

6 - discussion on the work performed and any changes;

7 - the conclusion of the project.
